No bb guns in the library. Monday, May 12, 2008. Incident this afternoon Burling Library. This afternoon there was an incident in Burling Library in which a student appropriately called Campus Safety and Security to report a person with a BB gun entering the library. Safety and Security staff worked with the Grinnell Police Department to identify and remove the Grinnell student with the BB gun. No one was in danger at any time and there was not any harmful intent.
